First Episode of Free Fridays! now on YouTube

New Weekly Stream and Some Updates

Hello everyone!

First off, let me apologize for the lack of content over the past three weeks. My class load this semester is heavier than it has been in the past, and I have been struggling to find time to do things that do not involve some kind of reading or homework. Due to this lack of time, I am putting the Weekly Wrap-ups on hold. Believe it or not, those Weekly Wrap-ups require a lot of work and, more importantly, time. The deadline commitment also puts a lot of pressure on me. Once my time situation becomes more manageable, I will bring back the Weekly Wrap-ups.

New Suicide Squad trailer, Wonder Woman footage and more DC movie previews

A new Suicide Squad trailer was revealed on Tuesday during the CW special Dawn of the Justice League. The trailer paints the film in dark but comedic tone. The film is also being compared to Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy as they are both based on lesser known comic book properties and feature unconventional heroes. Suicide Squad set to open in theaters on August 5.

Golden Globe Winners

Revenant and Martian win big at Golden Globes

The Golden Globes wrapped up on Sunday with The Revenant and The Martian taking home the big awards of best drama and best comedy respectively. Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt Damon also took home the best actor awards for those respective films and categories. The big winners in TV were a little more surprising as Mr. Robot won best drama and Mozart in the Jungle won best comedy.
